FAU Report #1: Orientation part one…

So I went to orientation at Florida Atlantic University today. It was boring. Not much to say, except that I’ve been there all day. That and the FAU report will probably be a regular feature in the future.

Stay tuned-I go back for part two tomorrow! 😦

  1. Go get ’em. Hey, which campus are you attending? And if you don’t mind me asking, have you chosen a major yet?

    Boca and Engineering-probably mechanical.

I’m gonna post on day two, but I just got back and will be heading out for lunch.

    • Boca! Ahhh…nice!

My 19 year old son’s fiancee’ attended Lynn University in Boca for two and a half years. She moved back here to Louisiana to be with my son, marry him, etc. She is a real “keeper.” A lovely young lady that gave up sunny South Florida for the love of her life. Her blog is at: http://amorvincitomnia0808.blogspot.com/

She will finish her degree at LSU (Shreveport Campus). Boca Raton is a lovely place I understand…only rich folks live there I also understand… (nyuk….not really a nyuk…only rich folks live there)

Andrew, I figured you were going to study Environmental Science, or Oceanography, or Whale Saving. 😉

Nah, I’m gonna be a rocket scientist.

Boca is pretty nice. And it is pretty close by so I’m going to be a commuter (I’m not really ready to live on my own yet, I think).
